At Infinite Ascent Collectibles, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and with care. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment.
  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
  • Preorders will ship based on the estimated release date provided by the manufacturer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
  • Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
  • We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories. International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Tracking & Delivery

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for packages marked as delivered that are lost or stolen.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for reshipping fees.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@iacollectibles.com with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item.
  • For packages marked as delivered but not received, we recommend first checking with your household members and local carrier. If the package cannot be located, contact us to discuss next steps.

6. Preorders and Split Shipments

  • Items ordered with a preorder will ship when all items in the order are available unless otherwise stated.
  • If you would like in-stock items to ship sooner, please place separate orders.
