Product Authenticity

Q: Are your products factory sealed?
A: Yes. All products are brand new, factory sealed, and sourced from trusted distributors and authorized U.S. supply channels. We take authenticity seriously and carefully inspect products prior to shipment.


Shipping Availability

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship within the United States, including U.S. territories. We hope to expand internationally in the future and will announce updates once international shipping becomes available.


Returns & Damaged Orders

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Due to the collectible nature of sealed products, all sales are generally final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and help make it right.


Product Requests

Q: Can I request a specific item or product line?
A: Absolutely. Please email us at info@iacollectibles.com with your request. While availability cannot be guaranteed, we are always happy to explore sourcing opportunities when possible.


Tracking Information

Q: Will I receive tracking information?
A: Yes. All orders include tracking. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
