At Infinite Ascent Collectibles, all sales are final.
Due to the nature of sealed collectibles, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@iacollectibles.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and respond with next steps.

Preorders and Seasonal Releases
All preorders and seasonal drops are non-refundable and non-cancelable once placed. Please review product details and release windows before purchase

Late or Missing Packages
If your tracking number shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or your local post office.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed. You may file a claim with the shipping carrier directly.
